International Information

Official Documentation for Attendees and/or Presenters
ACC provides several documents that will document your participation in the national meeting & exposition. Please note that the ACC cannot intervene with either the U.S. Embassy abroad or with the U.S. State Department on behalf of any participant.

  • Official Letter of Invitation for Meeting Attendees: ACC offers an Official Letter of Invitation to ACC.09 and i2 Summit 2009. You can submit this letter with your visa application to verify the name, dates, location and purpose of ACC.09 and i2 Summit. Click here to download an Official Letter of Invitation. If you require a personalized Letter of Invitation, please contact the ACC Resource Center (resource@acc.org).
  • Registration Confirmation: Once you have registered for the meeting you will receive an email confirmation, which you can also bring to your visa interview. If you do not receive an email confirmation please email accregistration@jspargo.com.

Visa Delays or Denials
If your visa application to attend an ACC.09 and i2 Summit is delayed or denied, we want to know. If your application is still pending after forty-five days and you are at risk to miss the meeting, report your case to the National Academies. Click here to complete the questionnaire and answer the question "Purpose of Visit" by typing "ACC.09 and i2 Summit 2009" to help the National Academies identify you as an ACC meeting participant. 

Preparing for Your ACC.09 and i2 Summit Experience
After you complete your visa application, it is time to prepare to travel to ACC.09 and i2 Summit.

  • Click here for additional Registration Information. We strongly recommend that you complete your hotel reservations and register for the meeting through ACC before the deadlines in order to save money and be assured the proper accommodations.

ACC does not provide financial support to meeting participants. Airfare, ground transportation, hotel, meals, travel insurance, and any other local expenses are the responsibility of each meeting participant.

Group Registration & Housing

Groups are required to make housing arrangements through the ACC Registration and Housing Center as part of their commitment to, and in support of, the ACC. Groups that do not book housing through the official housing bureau must pay the onsite registration rate for all members of their group.
